Hospice Partners is part of a collaborative of non-profit health-related agencies called Partners In Health. Partners In Health, organized by the San Luis Obispo County Medical Society, can help you determine which local agency can best meet your needs. They have 24-hour information, referral and crisis intervention availability through HOTLINE at 805-549-8989 or 800-549-8989.
